Father James Goerend will be re-assigned as Pastor of St. Joseph the Worker Parish in Dubuque, after serving as Associate Pastor of St. Francis Xavier Parish in Dyersville, St. Joseph Parish in Earlville, St. Boniface Parish in New Vienna, Ss. Peter and Paul Parish in Petersburg, and St. Paul Parish in Worthington

Special Assignment

Father Paul Attah-Nsiah, from the Diocese of Konongo-Mampong in Ghana, will be re-assigned as the Judicial Vicar of the Metropolitan Tribunal of the Archdiocese of Dubuque, Chaplain at Stonehill Care Center in Dubuque, and to offer Mass supply for the parishes in Key West and New Melleray, with residence at the Villa Raphael, after serving as Associate Pastor of St. Joseph the Worker Parish in Dubuque and St. Columbkille Parish in Dubuque

Father Scott Bullock is relieved of his assignment as the Judicial Vicar of the Metropolitan Tribunal of the Archdiocese of Dubuque

Father Mark Kwenin, from the Archdiocese of Cape Coast in Ghana, is relieved of his assignment as part-time as Chaplain at Stonehill Care Center in Dubuque, but remains Associate Pastor of Holy Spirit Parish in Dubuque
